Super Fast and Reliable Broadband with good technical support and great customer service. It only took us 5 days to get up and running and we were provided with a free wireless router. £24 a month is a the top end of the non cable broadband providers monthly costs, but Be is the first UK isp to use ADSL2+ which provides speeds of up to 24Mb. If you don't plan on downloading films and large files, then you also have the option of paying £14 a month for a connection with a download limit of 1GB, perfect for simply browsing the internet.
Setting the connection up was very simple, as the hardware and software are designed specifically for the Be Broadband Service, its a simple plug and play procedure. We connected our main PC by ethernet to the wireless router and we also have two laptops working perfectly fine over the wireless connection - we switch them on and they are permanently on-line and free to roam the house and garden with!
The service is only currently available in London, Birmingham and Manchester, but should be coming to a city near you soon.

"Great customer service. They responded to my emails within 15 minutes and let me know that they had left a reply to my query by text message. They provided me with telephone support all the way through the setup and installation process. I was up and running by the time they told me, and since then I've had no problems. I usually get download speeds in excess of 14-15Mb. The wireless router is well above average as it has connections to add two Voip phone lines, which will save me money on international phone calls."
