Setting up the modem and Livebox was easy, there's no USB, so you need an ethernet connection, or wireless; though you can buy an wireless adaptor for £30, which is well worth it or ask for a USB Modem.
The broadband speed is up to 8Mb in most areas, you can get free weekend and evening calls with broadband plus and the
Livebox works with XBOX an Playstation Platforms (although most do). Customer service is friendly and efficient. We started with a 4Mb package and were then automatically upgraded to 8Mb with no charge; then Orange and their offer of free broadband with a Mobile package, the offer of free VoIP calls as well, halved our monthly bill.
