Pipex said our connection would be complete on a certain date and it was. The modem was to be delivered by that date and it arrived a day early. The set-up installation was easy and straightforward. Since we have never once had down-time we are thoroughly impressed with the service provided - we've had over three years use without interruption.

The connection is fast and reliable, and technical support are great. Pipex is not the cheapest and has little customer incentives once on board but they provide good mail box facilities enabling us to forward email to different PC's on our network.

Competitively priced for a well respected 'Which' report; recently voted best in U.K.
