Tiscali Broadband and Telephone packages

The Tiscali Broadband packages above offer very good value for money in the current broadband marketplace. However you can also save money by subscribing to a Tiscali SmartTalk product at the same time as your broadband subscription. For instance you can choose to add Tiscali Anytime Saver to your broadband account and for only an additional £9.99 a month you can receive free local and national landline telephone calls anytime day or night, seven days week. Or if you are not a heavy phone user then maybe the Offpeak Saver would be a better option. For only £3.99 a month you can get unlimited evening and weekend calls.

The Tiscali monthly fee is usually equal or better than many other providers and there are no bandwidth limitations, so on cheaper packages they out do the competition. We emailed their customer service with a simple question about eMail accounts, and got a response within the same day from a human I could reply back to.

We telephoned the service desk to set up the account, and by the next day they had had the line activated - the following day we had a letter confirming everything - emails kept me us updated every step - the modem arrived 4 working days after our first phone call.

Our email account was set up immediately after the first call, so we could use it while waiting for the modem and there's also a neat feature to allow you to receive faxes on a dedicated phone number through your PC.
