Virgin's customer service is quick to answer, friendly, in the UK, and on an 0845 number; the staff on the telephone are helpful and emails are replied to promptly in our experience.
Setting up our broadband was totally painless, and the modem worked perfectly with no glitches. Within a few months, our speed was automatically upgraded to the nearest new tier in there new range of packages, which meant our broadband almost doubled in speed!
